Keeping you on track
Dave Cooke, Treasurer/Drone Op
Dave’s been with us since the beginning. His shop Viper Valeting and Detailing is a Clevedon treasure. Dave is trusted with my cars, our finances, and the skies above (he also whips out the drone shots).
John James, Security/Fire Safety
The Vietnam era Military Police badges aren’t entirely for show. John really does keep an eye out for mischief and danger. John has been with us a good long time, and we’re hoping to increase the number of historic military vehicles that come.
Tony Thompson, Monument Team
Tony Thompson and son jake are marshals with a small classic car collection including a mk1 cortina and a 1962 mga . Tony is using his day job skills to help us get the monument to Richard Stephens done!
Pam Parsons, Charity CCC Liaison
Pam hit the ground running bringing her skills as an ex civil servant, originally from Devon, she volunteer at the National Trust at Tyntesfield. Snoopy is her hero and of course she love cars!
Charlotte Ward, Secretary/Music
“My interest in classic cars/transport started from a very early age, with my Uncle and Grandad taking me along to car and air shows, including circuit racing events. Sharing their intense passion with me, I soon got the bug too! You could in fact, say I was brainwashed!
- Being an avid film buff of older movies, this too has led to a wide interest and knowledge of British, American and worldwide cars. My hailing from Coventry, the wider family were involved in/worked at various manufacturers, including Morris Engines, Standard Triumph, Austin/Rover, Aston Martin, and Massey Fergusson too.
- My first car was my Capri 1.6 Laser, I've too enjoyed ownership of a 2.8i Capri, Mk1 Lotus Elise, Nissan 200SX, Scooby Impreza's, Focus S, Mk1 Mr2 to name a few. Currently residing in the garage is my very own 'Black Beauty' - a Ford 2.8i Capri, as stablemate - a 'Tomcat' Rover 220 Coupe. Having recently purchased an Escort XR3i, I'm not sure what's next but likely there may well be something soon no doubt!
- I love going to car shows and meeting like minded people, learning about their cars as well as it being an opportunity to reflect and be nostalgic.”
Trudy Hamer, Muscle Cars Liaison
Trudy has been with us since the beginning. Her proud bumpersticker says it all. I once had a complaint calling CCC “Blokefest”; well don’t try telling that to this Cougar driving blonde!. “Hello, I'm Trudy. Proud owner of a 67 Mercury Cougar. I'm really excited to be a part of the CCC team. It's an amazing community event.
